This modern, contemporary, ‘form follows function’ design by Karl Benz shows it can still be possible to deliver on these principals without losing the homely and comfortable feel. Using a soft stone coloured unit as a feature on the back wall and incorporating a shadow gap at the top of the furniture gives it a timeless look that is complimented by the waterfall worktop that wraps the island.
